SFLED is a new generation of lamps created on the basis of NEOPLAST technology, as well as the practical experience and methodology of the team in the construction and development of technological business projects.

The new generation SFLED luminaires are a lightweight and durable plastic housing, absolute tightness of the LED module, ease of maintenance and repair and the highest light output of a serial product in the industry.

The first production line with a capacity of 50,000 lamps per year, producing and assembling SFLED-LAMP lamps and lamps based on them, was launched in St. Petersburg in January 2021, further development of production facilities is planned, as well as the placement of production facilities according to the OEM model.

The NEOPLAST technology

The NEOPLAST technology used in the production of the SLED lamp consists of a set of technical solutions aimed at rational control of the temperature conditions of the SFLED-LAMP LED module.

NEOPLAST technology allows you to:
• Solve the problem of "parasitic destructive heat", which in other lamps must be output
to cooling systems (massive aluminum housings, radiators, water jackets, etc.);
• Apply polymers in the housing of the LED module and the lamp;
• Apply modern connection technologies that ensure absolute tightness;
• Increase the light output of the lamp by controlling the electrical modes on the LEDs;
• Easy to maintain the lamp. Including replacing the LED module or power supply without dismantling the lamp;
• Eliminate the need to ground the lamp, which has a positive effect on the operation
of its electronic part and electrical safety in general;

• To achieve the maximum aesthetic perception of the LED module and the entire lamp.

The plastic housing provides light weight and simplified grounding requirements. Designed for lighting highways and highways of category A, B, C. In the maximum configuration based on four basic modules, the luminous flux is more than 1,800 Lm with a power of 104 watts. It is also applicable for lighting of house territories, parks, public roads.
SFLED-PROM
The suspended round lamp is intended
for use as a spotlight at industrial facilities,

New durable high-quality LED light for installation at high altitude. This model is suitable for high industrial premises that require special durability

The technology of this lamp allows you to change the diodes individually without waiting for the end of the service life of the entire device. The availability of spare parts is guaranteed by the constant use
of the latest LED technologies, which will always fit into the same frame.

The very robust mechanical design of the luminaire is traditional to the low-span I-Valo luminaires, which have been valued on the market for decades. Installation is easy thanks to the wide range of I-Valo fixtures for low-hanging fixtures. DAVI is equipped with efficient I-Valo filtration technology.

DORA
A new family of high-quality lamps for general lighting of industrial premises. The lamp can
be used for powerful low-rise devices equipped with traditional gas-discharge lamps or fluorescent lamps. The standard installation height is 2-8 meters, but, depending on the model, the lamp
can be installed higher. The DORA family of luminaires includes two luminaires of different lengths; the longer model has two or four light modules, and the shorter model is available with one or two light modules as an alternative.
Both lengths of luminaires are available with both wide and medium light distribution.
Wide light distribution was implemented using
a polycarbonate sheet or tempered glass with
an anti-glare film, which also effectively prevents uncomfortable glare.

The lamp is equipped with a replaceable Gore filter for cleaning the equalizing air pressure entering
the lamp. It keeps the interior parts of the lamp clean and prevents dirt from damaging sensitive LED chips. This guarantees a long service life
of the lamp.
A very careful selection of components and materials ensures the highest possible quality
of the lamp.
